What rights do I own regarding my product purchase?

Copyright remains with the [author, artist]:  You have purchased the right to use our content and video tutorilas on your website, one domainonly. You cannot sell or give the [product, artwork, content] to anyone else. Your license to use the [product, artwork, content] has no experiation. Product updates are dependant on your membership renewal. You will be sent a renewal notice towards the end of your membership period, at which time you can decide if you still wish to update [the content, the artwork, etc.]  Please note that the [author, artist, creator] retains full copyright.  You cannot sell or give the [product, artwork, content] to anyone else.

What makes your membersips, services, products better than other products?

Our website design and business model is totally devoted to “Building your List” through the use of JV Giveaway Events.  All Membership products and services maintain that focus, to help you leverage your marketing advantage.

Can I pay by check?

We do not accept checks at this time.  Payment options include PayPal and/or credit cards via the PayPal portal.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes.  Simply select “Pay with PayPal” from [the drop-down menu, the area under "Credit Card Information"].  Please note that all funds must clear before delivery of your purchase can proceed, so be sure to allow 24-48 hours for payment to clear, when ordering.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes.  We currently accept credit cards vis the PayPal portal, simply select  “Pay by Credit Card” on our order page.

Can customers outside the US order your products?

Yes, we don’t ship ship physical products. Everything is delivered online and or made available for download to your computer.

What is your policy on refunds?

There are no refunds on Membership plans, Products, or refunds for services completed and accepted or a project already under way, but you may cancel your contract regarding upcoming projects at any time.  Communication is important to us.  We do our best to serve you to your highest satisfaction, so be sure to let us know if there is a problem at your end or with our services.  We will be happy to work with you to resolve it.

Is there an educational discount?

Yes, there is a 25% discount for (students, educational institutions, websites with an .edu or .ac extension).  Please check out our qualifying criteria, fill out the questionnaire and click the submit link, or contact us [close link] for further details.

Is there a discount for non-profit organizations?

Yes.  We offer lower rates, and or free service to qualified organizations, who are registered as a non-profit organization. To qualify, fill out the questionnaire, form[link] or fill out, print, and either mail or fax the order form along with your valid 501(c)(3) paperwork to [fax number, mailing address].

There’s a mistake on my last bill.

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please submit a ticket via our <a href=”#”>Help Desk</a> explaining what you feel is wrong, and we will correct or explain the situation as quickly as possible. (Be sure to select the “Billing” category from the Help Desk drop-down menu.).

Do you have an affiliate program?

How do I sign up as an affiliate and promote your products?

The first step is to sign up as an affiliate.  <a href=”#”>Sign up as an affiliate</a>. Once you sign up, you will be given your own, unique Affiliate ID and password, and directed to the Affiliate Center, where you will be given everything you need to start earning commissions.

Note:  If you are an existing client, member, you can use your same credentials to log into the affiliate account.

How do I log in to my affiliate account?

To log into your affiliate account:

  1. Go to the, your business name, company name, membership site name,<a href=”#”>home page</a>.
  2. In the [upper left hand, upper right hand, lower right hand, bottom, etc.] [corner] of the page, select “Affiliate Login”.
  3. Enter your [Affiliate ID, user name] and password in the Login Box.

Your unique Affiliate ID number was assigned to you when you signed up as an affiliate, and the password will be the one you chose when signing up.
Forgot Your Affiliate ID or Password?

  1. Go to the <a href=”#”>Login Page</a>.
  2. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter the email address you used to sign up for your account.

Follow the prompts to reset your password.  You will receive <a href=”#”>a link to reset your password, a new password</a> by email, at the address you used to sign up for your account.

How do I contact the support team if I need help?

Our support team is on hand to assist you during business hours (8 a.m.-7:00 p.m. PST, 6 days per week, through our web-based Ticket system. Simply log into your Account and select “Submit Ticket” and the appropriate department from the drop-down menu to ensure your question is dealt with as speedily and efficiently as possible.

Alternately, you can contact us directly by email, by sending your request to [support email address]./Simply send an email to [support email address], making sure you put “Support Required” in your subject line.  Turnaround is fast and we do our best to respond within [24, 48] hours:  If you do not receive a response within that time, please check your spam filters and make sure you have white-listed [support email address] before sending another email.

How do I access my past downloads, purchases, content?

Log into JV Giveaways Plus membership site and look under [link to section where customer's/client's past purchases/downloads are kept].  You will be able to right-click and save all of your previous downloads./Access to [name of product] is only for [24, XX] hours.  [If you urgently need to download it after that time, contact us [via email at emailaddress.com, through our Help Desk] and submit a Ticket.]

How do I open a ZIP file?

Locate the .ZIP file on your computer and double-click the icon.  Once it opens, select “Extract All Files” in the top-left menu bar of your .ZIP file  directory.  Your files will be extracted to the directory of your choice. (The original, compressed file will remain in its original folder.)
If your files do not self-extract at that point, you may need to download a .ZIP file extractor such as

When is new content released?

New content is released on the 5th of every month.  Log in to your account any time after 10:00 a.m. PST to access your new material.

How long does my membership run?

You are subscribed annually,  and your subscription is set to notification renewal 5 days before expiration. At the end of that period you will receive a renewal notice.  You will then have the option of choosing to renew or let your membership expire. You are subscribed yearly, and can cancel at any time.  Please note these membership plans include non-retrievable downloads. Therefore there are no refunds on remaining balances.

Can I upgrade my Membership Plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership plan at any time, simply do so via this link, and you’ll be taken straight to our payment portal. Note, we offer 25% discount to all upgraded membership plans.Simply follow the instructions on the upgrade link: upgrade page

Am I eligible for free or discounted upgrades?

You are eligible for upgrades, and a notice will be sent to you via the email address you supplied at the time of your registration.  You will continue to receive notification of free updates and upgrades as long as you remain a member of your membership plan.

How do I subscribe after my 30 day trial is over?

The systems will notify you when the trail period is ending and offer upgrade options. Click on the “Upgrade” button and you will be directed to our payment portal.  Note if you upgrade within the upgrae offer period (10 days), you do not have to create a new account. Once you upgrade you can maintain your current creditendial to access the site. If the upgrade offer period expires, you will need to create a new account.

Will I automatically be billed after my 30 day trial is over?

No – You will be notified prior to the experation dat and given an upgrade offer. Once you upgrade you can maintain your current creditendial to access the site. If the upgrade offer period expires, you will need to create a new account. If the 30 day trial is allowed to expire, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the members area.  You will need to follow the upgrade link, press the upgrade button, etc. <a href=”#”>here</a>.

Are there any hidden fees?

No.  There are no hidden fees or costs, once you sign up, or make your purchase.  There are some optional upgrades, services, add-ons which you can select at any time on our <a href=”#”>Adons page</a>. There one-time payment grants access to the members are of your choice for 1 year.
